I was referred to this law firm by a family member. Kelly came highly recommended after handling their case. So i called Kelly and she actually handled my case personally which I thought was fantastic. Not only was she super professional and extremely knowledgeable, she really made me feel comfortable about my horrible situation and treated my like family. She made me feel so at ease at such a trying time and assured me she would navigate me through this complicated process. Not only did she do what she promised…she did it in such an amazingly short amount of time! Between litigation she frequently kept me up to date and answered any questions I had , and also checked in with me quite often about my physical healing process. This was a nightmare dealing with the loss of my car, missing wages from work , handling doctor bills. She was by my side every step of the way and truly delivered top-notch service that went far beyond what I ever could have expected.
